The upcoming "Waves of Intrigue" season for AFK Journey , launching on September 19, 2024, introduces the largest content update yet, featuring new characters, game modes, and maps. Players at resonance level 240 or above can access the update, starting fresh at level 240. The season includes the Rustport region with gang battles and a new map, Stormy Strait, offering sailing and fishing mechanics alongside stealth gameplay. Seasonal progress will convert into epic invite letters.
