Basics of Summoning System
Higan: Eruthyll is a gacha game where players are required to summon for their most wanted characters through the different summoning banners that exist within the game's gacha menu. Of course, these characters are further divided into different rarities with each rarity having its own separate probability of being summoned. The higher the rarity of the character, the lower will be the chance of summoning them. The lower the rarity of the character, the higher will be the chance of summoning them. Players will get familiar to this system as they progress through the game. The gacha system's mechanics are also included in the tutorial for the game.
Here are the different rarities of characters and their rates:
- 3-Star Characters – 2% Probability of being summoned
- 2-Star Characters – 19% Probability of being summoned
- 1-Star Characters – 79% Probability of being summoned
Here are the different summoning banners when first going to the Summoning menu:
- When Stars Gather Together Limited Summoning Banner – In this special summoning banner, players can summon 1-3 Star characters with a fixed probability. The banner is extremely friendly to new players as players can get a 3-Star character guaranteed within 20 summons. Players can only make 20 summons on this summoning banner. Starlight Revelation is the summoning currency used for making the summons on this banner. A special discounted rate of only 3000 Starlight Revenant will be applied as opposed to the regular 6000 Starlight Revelation for 10 summons. This banner will disappear once players have made the 20 summons on it. It is ideal for re-rolling.
- Soul Threads Summoning Banner – In this summoning banner, players can summon 1-3 Star characters. This summoning banner usually features a particular character as a rate-up which means players will have a higher chance of summoning that particular character. Players are guaranteed to summon the rate-up 3-Star character after doing 300 summons on the banner by exchanging their fragment dust. Soul Tickets are the summoning currency that is primarily used here. Players can obtain Soul Tickets from events as part of the new character introduction. Do not worry as you can use your Starlight Revelation as well to summon on this banner. Each 10 sets of summons cost 10 Soul Tickets or 6000 Starlight Revelation.
- Permanent Character's Wish Summoning Banner – In this summoning banner, players can summon 1-3 Star characters. This summoning banner has all the available characters of the game ready to be summoned. Players are guaranteed to summon the 1 3-Star character after doing 98 summons on the banner.
- The Phantom of the Opera Summoning Banner – In this summoning banner, players can summon 1-3 star rarity of heroes at differing probabilities. This is a dual-featured banner where players can summon 2 different characters as part of the rate-up event. Each of them has a 50% higher chance of being summoned. Players can summon on this banner using their collected Inspiration Revelation or Dubriostal.
Here is a brief overview of the different summoning currencies used:
- Limited Recruitment Card – A consumable material that is used to summon heroes in the Limited Recruitment Summoning banners. Players can get these cards from completing certain events or by purchasing directly via microtransactions.
- Recruitment Card – A consumable material that is used to summon heroes in the Basic Recruitment Summoning banners. Players can get this currency from completing different missions such as daily missions, stage missions, and event missions.
- Advanced Recruitment Card – A consumable material that is used to summon heroes in the Advanced Recruitment Summoning banners. Players can get this currency from different stage missions, in-game content, and events.
- Friendship Points – A consumable material that is used to summon heroes in the Friendship Point Summoning banners. Players can send and receive friendship points from their friend list.
