New Hero: Cici

One of Cici's abilities, "Performer's Delight", allows her to generate stacks of delight after dealing damage, increasing her movement speed by 2% per stack and stacking up to 10 times. When reaching full stacks, Cici also gains 30% spell vamp, making her a formidable force in battles.

 

Her first skill, "Yo-Yo Blitz", further showcases her prowess with the yo-yo, delivering powerful attacks and disrupting enemy movements.

 

Additionally, her second skill, "Buoyant Bounce", enables Cici to leap to a designated location. Upon landing on an enemy, she inflicts 200 physical damage and proceeds to leap again in the targeted direction.

 

Furthermore, Cici possesses an ultimate skill known as "Curtain Call".

 

Cici's skill "Yo-yo Throw" allows her to throw her yoyo at an enemy hero, connecting them to another nearby enemy hero. This deals a significant amount of physical damage, slows the linked targets by 50%, and pulls them together for a duration of 3 seconds. During this time, Cici gains the ability to use "Yo-yo Blitz" to simultaneously attack both linked targets. If only one target is within the range of Yo-yo Blitz, Cici will attack that target twice, with the second attack dealing reduced damage.

Balance Adjustments

In the recent Mobile Legends patch 1.8.44 update, there have been hero balance changes.

 

Dyrroth (+)

Dyrroth has received a buff, with developers aiming to maintain the impact of his burst damage when at max rage. As a result, they have decided to revert previous adjustments while ensuring that his ultimate ability remains uninterruptible.

 

Lancelot (~)

Furthermore, Lancelot has also undergone some changes, with his status being indicated as "approximately the same" in the update. In the latest update, Lancelot has received some significant equipment adjustments, which have notably strengthened his abilities. Skill cooldowns balance adjustments and issue fixes.

 

Passive Ability: Skill 1 and 2 cooldown reduction for every basic attack increased to 0.8s.

 

Other Changes

Issue with attack interval being lower than other heroes fixed. Silvanna, Masha, and Nolan's adjustments are being reverted by the developers for now due to the need for further testing. These adjustments will make a return in future versions.
